I hold myself accountable on your organization’s values through honest & transparent feedback. We must take care of each other in this journey, especially as data implementations & technology evolve.

Especially to the ending of that, we care about all identities, experiences, and backgrounds. I am continuously crafting a culture that’s inclusive, growth-minded, and action-oriented.

  • Developing an inclusive, equitable, and diverse organization should be a universal goal in data organizations. I am focused on doing my part to create processes that ensure I find ways to retain a team with diverse skillsets, background, and worldviews. “It’s culture add, not culture fit.”

  • I am not a “gotcha” questions or poor operations type of person. I ensure myself and folks do our part every day to run data organization transparently, and hold myself accountable to our values and principles.

  • We empower creating data-driven culture that includes creating power users. In our implementation, we coach up your organization to be successful in goals and initiatives

  • Creating action oriented organizations that go beyond insights. But to first do that, you must partner with us to get towards that point of data maturity.
